Feeling better, singing

Probably “Canta che ti passa” (= sing and let the bad times roll)  is the italian equivalent  of the English  “have a nice cup of tea”.
I can tell you that it works! And it works better if you are off-key, I’m living proof.

What’s more, Singing Is Good for Your Health:

1. Lowers your blood pressure.

2. Boosts your “cuddle” hormone. (oxytocin)

3. Allows you to breathe easier

4. Helps you find serenity after cancer

5. Rewires the brain after a stroke.

So, Sing, sing, sing, sing everybody start to sing!

Sing, sing, sing, sing everybody start to sing like dee dee dee, bah bah bah dah
Now you’re singin’ with a swing
Sing sing sing, sing, everybody start to sing like dee dee dee, bah bah bah dah
Now you’re singin’ with a swing.

When the music goes around,
Everybody’s goes go to town.
But here is one thing you should know
